Useful info
The user exchange service is active exclusively online and up to 1 hour before kick-off.
The transfer of tickets or passes is always understood to be free of charge.
Single ticket transfer
- Reduced fare tickets can only be transferred for the benefit of other fans with the same rights (for example, an Under 16 reduced ticket can only be made out to another Under 16)
- If you have transferred a mobile PDF ticket, at the end of the procedure a new ticket will be issued with a new barcode. Download it and show it directly from your smartphone at the entrances together with a valid ID.
- If you have transferred a paper ticket, at the end of the procedure, a transfer receipt is issued, which must be taken to the stadium and shown at the entrances together with the ticket in the name of the original user
Subscription match transfer
- The subscriber can transfer a single game included in the season ticket only to another CRN card holder: the subscriber's card is deactivated for that single game, automatically transferring the access title to the new user's CRN
- Season tickets issued at a reduced price may be subject to name change restrictions (prohibition of title assignment or transfer only in favor of other fans with the same rights)
- At the end of the procedure, a transfer receipt is issued, which must be taken to the stadium and shown at the entrances together with the CRN card of the fan to whom the match was transferred
- The new user opens the turnstile with his own CRN card
